SHIPPING: Apparel, accessories, and skin care items are shipped uninsured by USPS, First Class, which allows domestic US shipments to be tracked. Customers requiring package tracking outside the US; or package insurance, must request Priority Mail service for an added fee. Surfboards and SUPs are shipped as "freight," which requires you to be present at the time of delivery. The freight company will call you to schedule a drop-off time that is convenient for you. Please note that in the event that you cannot inspect the board for damage in the drivers presence, you must make a note of ANY damage, denting, scuffing- regardless of apparent severity-on the frieght bill in order to be able to make an insurance claim if damage is later discovered.
RETURN POLICY:
THERE ARE NO RETURNS, ALL SALES ARE FINAL, except in cases where we have made an error -i.e., shipped you the wrong item. Be sure to obtain approval with info@sirensurf.com so we can authorize the return. IN CASES OF DAMAGE IN SHIPPING to insured packages/freight, it is the shippers policy that it is the customers responsibility to make damage claims, though we will help in any way we can. So there is the hard-nosed official policy, but the bottom line is that we want you to be happy. |
